Possible ranking system
Ok so here is my thought on the ranks for the clan. There may be many founders of a clan but only one can be the head leader. In my experience with clans and guilds with multi head leaders only causes problems. So here is my break down.
1 head leader (overall in charge of clan) [200]
2 Second in command (this can be 2 or 3 people) some examples are
a: One person for admin duties (website and channel) [200]
b: One person for planning clan activites (Rushes or other events) [190]
c: One person to handle any other tasks (Enforcer) [195-199]
3 Officer (this should be 2-6 people to handle ingame stuff) example
a: One to handle ladder side of the game. [185]
b: One to handle NL side of game [185]
c: One to handle Hardcore [185]
d: One to handle pvp [185]
e: One for recruiting [185]
f: One to help with admin duties [200]
4 Officer in training (2-5) These positions can vary
a: Rushing people [180]
b: Runner for low-mid lvl characters [180]
c: Runner for high lvl characters (topping) [180]
d: Helper for any Officer or Second [180]
e: Helper for any Officer or Second [180]
5 Loyal members [170]
6 Members [150]
7 Recruits who have passed trial period [120]
8 Trial period recruits (2 week trial period) [100]
9 Loyal friends / Allied clan members [80]
10 Other friends [50]
Should be only 3 people with full access to channel mods [200]
Any [120+] or runners should be flagged with R or something so they can log into channel mod.
[185+] can exile from channel

Yea I do like it.
Chris (CLN) can probably have 200 access. I asked if he could help with admin duties he said he could. In fact, with admin duties in an op channel, there is only one automatic op status moderator. He does know the pass for uf- if he needs to login it if the moderator drops for whatever reason. We'll have to decide who has what, but with this set up all the second in commands won't be ranked the same as far as access goes. Chris could probably be an officer with admin duties in this current possible ranking system.
